Taylor is a Licensed Social Worker with a broad background in supporting adults as they navigate periods of change, stress, and healing. Her work centers individuals experiencing life transitions, anxiety, trauma, substance use challenges, and complex health concerns. Taylor approaches each client with curiosity, compassion, and respect, recognizing that healing unfolds differently for everyone.

Taylor’s clinical practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-based strategies, and strengths-based frameworks. She is intentional about helping clients build skills they can carry into daily life—whether learning how to regulate overwhelming emotions, communicate effectively in relationships, manage anxiety in uncertain moments, or respond to internalized negative thoughts with greater flexibility and self-compassion. Taylor believes therapy should not only support insight but also equip clients with practical coping tools they can rely on outside of sessions.

With a deep understanding of how identity, power, race, privilege, and oppression shape lived experiences, Taylor strives to foster an inclusive, affirming therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, validated, and safe to explore their narratives. She values collaboration and sees clients as experts in their own lives, working alongside them to set goals, pace their process, and honor what matters most to them.

Dedicated to providing high-quality care, Taylor actively engages in ongoing learning through trainings, workshops, and reflective practice that deepen her therapeutic skillset. She is committed to continual growth, evolving her approach to meet the diverse and changing needs of the individuals she serves.
