Jenna is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with experience working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, life transitions, and grief. They are experienced in working with trauma survivors and obtained a certificate in Interpersonal Violence and Trauma from Rutgers School of Social Work. As a queer and trans clinician, Jenna is passionate about working with the LGBTQIA community, including trans and gender non-conforming people and parents of TGNC children navigating coming out, family relationships, and chosen family.


As a therapist, Jenna works with clients to explore old patterns which may no longer be serving them and helps clients find compassion for all parts of themselves including shame and fear. Jenna uses the lenses of disability justice, feminism, and racial justice to guide their work with clients and help clients access their own power. They have particular expertise working with people navigating chronic illness and disability.



Jenna's approach to therapy is deeply collaborative and rooted in building trust to facilitate a strong therapeutic relationship. In session, Jenna uses Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment Theory to support clients. They enjoy employing new therapeutic modalities and styles specific to clients' experiences and goals. Jenna's style is warm, challenging, and includes a touch of humor.
