Angelina is a Licensed Social Worker with experience working across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University, along with a Certificate in Promoting Child and Adolescent Well-Being. Angelina specializes in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, school-related stress, interpersonal/familial conflict, trauma, grief and loss, major life transitions, and other challenges related to emotional regulation and coping skills.


Angelina’s background includes individual and group work across a variety of settings, including early childhood programs, school-based mental health, and community-based services. Angelina has facilitated small/large groups for children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and veterans, including programs focused on stress management, substance use and harm reduction, responsible decision-making, life skills, and coping strategies.


Angelina integrates a range of evidence-based frameworks, tailoring treatment to the unique needs of each client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play and Art-based therapy, Family Systems, and Attachment-based frameworks.


Her therapeutic approach is grounded in strengths-based, collaborative, and empowerment-focused practice. She incorporates a systems-oriented lens to her work, informed by experience collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary providers to support clients holistically. She strives to practice with cultural humility and an intersectional framework, recognizing how identity, systems, and lived experience shape mental health. Angelina aims to create a comfortable, affirming space, honoring the strength and resilience of each client.
