Each session is tailored to the unique needs of the client, helping them move forward at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
Zoe has worked with clients across a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD and compulsive behaviors, Disordered Eating, PTSD and trauma recovery, ADD/ADHD, and challenges with self-esteem and relationships. She has a particular passion for supporting individuals who have experienced sexual trauma, guiding them toward healing, self-trust, and empowerment.
In therapy with Zoe, clients can expect a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where their experiences are heard and validated. She emphasizes celebrating progress, even small steps, and helps clients develop practical strategies for emotional regulation, resilience, and positive growth. Her goal is to help clients feel understood, build confidence in themselves, and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and strength.
