If you would like to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact your therapist/counselor directly using the patient portal or their professional email address.
Per our Cancellation Policy, all cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or the client will be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to the “Cancellation Policy” form that was provided to you at the start of services.
Please review your balance each week and make payments towards your balance at your earliest convenience.
