Sonali has a keen interest in working with individuals struggling with depression and anxiety, as well as those facing major life challenges that may have them questioning their own identity and the world around them. As a South Asian immigrant, Sonali also takes great pride in being able to facilitate sessions in her native language of Hindi.

Sonali is attuned to the nuances of trying to balance dual identities, specifically the balance between Eastern vs. Western cultures and values.

Ashley has experience working closely with individuals struggling to manage the effects of trauma, disordered eating behaviors or self-image concerns, and substance use disorders. Some of her previous work has included inpatient services to a women’s unit, leading a specialty track on early recovery from addiction and PTSD, as well as outpatient mental health services across the spectrum of disorders. Although she possesses experience working with a broad range of ailments, Ashley has a particular interest in supporting clients who wish to find healing from self-esteem issues, chronic abuse or complex trauma, prolonged or complicated grief, and body image concerns. Gabriella’s treatment philosophy is grounded in her training in various modalities, including Person-Centered Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/Dialectical Behavior Therapy (CBT/DBT), which she integrates into her counseling interventions. Through these interventions, clients are encouraged to challenge negative thinking, identify unhealthy behaviors and responses, manage stressful emotions, as well as to recognize and improve upon personal strengths. She is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families to recognize and embrace their capacity to gain insight into their life experiences and bring about desired change. She has worked with college and postgraduate students navigating the challenges of transition and uncertainty as well as with individuals struggling with anxiety, social anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, grief, binge-eating, and self-esteem.

Katie Solman

Katie is a Licensed Associate Counselor with experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing eating disorders, depression, anxiety, mood disorders and trauma. She takes particular interest in working with adolescent and young-adult women, helping them navigate chaotic emotions, reclaim boundaries in relationships, and align with their authentic self. Katie is also experienced in meditation guidance, and working with individuals exploring spirituality.

Gracie is a Licensed Associate Counselor and has had the privilege in helping individuals from diverse backgrounds overcome a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, eating disorders, and marital difficulties. She also specializes in guiding individuals through major life transitions, perinatal mood and adjustment disorders, couples/marital therapy, and body image concerns.

In her work as a counselor, Gracie prides herself in being fully present and strives to foster insight, promote emotional resilience, and provide a safe space to feel known and heard.
